               Why we do 
     Strength Training


   Stronger bodies, stronger bones, stronger women. Increased metabolism.

  Why we come to class
Support,  motivation, accountability,  uplifting music, good fun, peaceful relaxation. 

 St. Luke's Episcopalian Church at the corner of Colfax & 46th St. 
                  in So.
 Minneapolis ( summer sessions at 4416 Pleasant Ave So. outdoors)

  When:  Monday and/or Thursday nights from 6:30 to 8:15 pm  

  What:  We start with a warm-up, run through a complete body workout including                      core work, followed by  stretching, ending with relaxation and visualization.

 Equipment:  A fitness ball, 3# and 5# hand weights, Xertubes (surgical tubing with
                handles), a Bender Ball, a ball carrying strap (also used for stretching), and a 
                yoga mat.  Participants bring their own equipment.
 I stock the Xertubes,  
                small balls, and ball carrying straps for your convenience.

 Sessions:  Summer 2016 session       Mon June 6th  - Thurs Sept 2nd 2016    
                                                13 weeks         (no class July 4th)
Cost:  13x/session (once a week)   $143        25x/session (twice a week)    $264
